Executive Chair | Founder
Since founding ECCO Select in 1995, Jeanette has leveraged her ability to quickly evaluate complex business environments, diagnose challenges, and design strategic, innovative solutions that enhance operational performance, profitability, and competitive position. She continues to apply this expertise to build the company into a highly successful, nationally recognized professional services firm known for its strong client partnerships and sustained growth.
Darren Prenger
Chief Executive Officer
Darren serves as Chief Executive Officer of ECCO Select, where he is responsible for the company’s strategic vision, growth agenda, and overall performance. He leads the organization with a focus on building durable client partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and scaling the business through disciplined execution and innovation.
Scott O'Hare
Chief Technology Officer
Scott serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ECCO Select, leading the company’s Sales and Service Delivery organizations. He shapes ECCO’s technology strategy, oversees go-to-market execution, and ensures delivery excellence across Federal, Commercial, and Partner portfolios through disciplined, accountable, and high-quality client outcomes.
Shawn Etheridge
Chief Administrative Officer | EVP, Corporate Development
Shawn serves as Chief Administrative Officer and EVP of Corporate Development, where he is responsible for driving corporate development initiatives, including M&A and targeted key account oversight, while providing enterprise-wide leadership and governance across People Operations, Information Technology, Compliance, and Legal.
Karl Barron
Chief Financial Officer
Karl serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ECCO Select, where he oversees the company’s financial strategy, planning, and financial governance. He partners closely with the executive team to enable sustainable growth, guide capital allocation decisions, and ensure the organization scales with financial rigor and long-term value creation in mind.
Mike Walzl
Vice President of Talent Solutions
Mike leads ECCO Select’s staffing division, bringing a strategic, performance-driven approach to both recruiting and sales. He focuses on strengthening team capabilities, optimizing delivery models, and expanding client relationships to drive growth across the organization. With deep industry insight and a passion for developing high-performing teams, Mike is committed to elevating ECCO Select’s talent solutions.
Kevin Prenger
Executive Vice President
Kevin started at ECCO Select in 1997, where he fulfilled a variety of contract positions from programming to business analysis. In 2003 he was promoted to Executive Vice President of the company and handled operations and public sector business. Kevin now manages facilities operations and has acted as the project manager for the recent renovation of ECCO Select's first floor.
